JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and present creative interior design concepts aligned with client needs and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Execute interior design development for complex projects, including hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, residential buildings, and more.
  • Ensure detailed implementation aligns with conceptual design, dimensions, and technical specifications, while adapting to real-world material and construction conditions.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with the design concept and budget constraints.
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and execution plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of design work, ensuring compliance with the design intent and quality standards.
  • Updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices to apply in ongoing and future projects.

JOB RECRUITMENT

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in both design and implementation of interior projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools. Revit proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is an advantage.
  • Understanding of construction methods and structural systems.
  • A proactive mindset with a dynamic, friendly, and hardworking personality. A strong passion for design and artistic creativity is highly valued.
